How to get started on a digital assets project or renewal with us?

Step 1

New or Renewal Requests: All requests for new digital projects or renewals are approved through SEM (Strategic Enrolment Management) and PPDR

Step 2

Curriculum: The curriculum team will work with the discipline specialists to finalize the competencies and support alignment with the course outcomes and outline.

Step 3

Instructional Design: The instructional designers will work with the curriculum team and discipline specialists to produce the ideation and related content outline

Step 4

Multimedia Development: The multimedia team will create an engaging digital asset, whether the build be custom or quick, tailored to the intended learning and competencies

Step 5

Quality Assurance and Compliance Review: The PPDR team and stakeholders will review pieces ensuring the learners’ needs are being met and alignment with all standards.

Step 6

Course Implementation: The digital assets will be accessible for students via web or authenticated access environment
